CSP Update
Hi, everyone! I know that is has been some time since I had last posted, and for that I want to apologize. I know that there isn’t an excuse to justify the lack of, but it has been tough working in the time between work, planning and college. I know some of you have a lot of questions regarding my “OMG Mondays” sessions and what I have been up to lately.
In my “OMG Mondays” I mentioned that I needed to do further planning, and for the past month I have been concentrating on the various aspects of the promotion, and decided to scrap the whole “OMG Monday” and create a new promotion that would be more exclusive, less confusing and limit “free riding”. I am hoping to have the full details and set the new promotion in action within the next couple of months. I am currently securing the small fund to get the project rolling, and it will be limited to just fifty individuals.
In addition to planning our new promotion, we have been planning additional changes. First and foremost we have been deciding between leasing a building and opening up a studio, purchasing an EPS (Expandable Photo Studio), or purchasing a large format professional printer. Secondly we are in the planning stages of coming up with a new identity, brand, and web site. It is a huge decision to be made and I have had several discussions with photographers, friends, and family and I think we have settled on a course to take.
Further more, I am hoping to blog at least once a week to pick things back up again and provide new content for my current readers and future readers.
Lastly, this year I will also be wrapping up school and be earning my degree in photography. Which is my motivation factor to take CSP to the next level, and do what I should have done a few years ago. I would like to take this time so say thanks to my family for their support over the years, my friends (especially Kris Hinh: he stopped me from completely walking away from photography), and to my long time readers.
And to finish this post off. here are some images that hadn’t made it to the blog.
